Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 10 Brazil nuts
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 10 pitted prunes
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. orange juice
Add cashews, prunes, Brazil nuts, cocoa and seeds into a food processor and blend till the mixture is superbly chopped.
Now add orange juice into the mixture and blend until the mixture shapes a moist ball.
Set specific amount of a teaspoon level of the mixture and spool into small balls.
Preferably, refrigerate it for 1 hour and enjoy the delicious dried fruit balls.
