John Abraham was born on 17 December 1972 in Kerala, India. His age now is 41 years. His father was a Nasrani Malayali and his mother was a Parsi. His mother is a Firoza Irani. John’s Parsi name is Farhan while his father being a Marthomite Syrian Christian named him John. His father is an architect from Aluva, Kerala. John Abraham has a sister named Susy Mathew and a younger brother named Alan. John Abraham got his early education from Bombay Scottish School, Mumbai. He got his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Jai Hind College. He also received an MMS from NIMS Mumbai.

In 2002, John Abraham started dating his co-star Bipasha Basu during the filming of Jism. They were in relationship till early 2011 when the couple officially broke up. When they were couple they were referred to as a Super couple in India. He is now married to Priya Runchal, an NRI financial analyst and investment banker from USA; he met Priya in Mumbai in December 2010.

Professional Career

John Abraham started his career as a model, by appearing in the music video of Jazzy B. after that he became a famous model and modeled in New York, Hong Kong and London. To improve his acting skills he joined the Kishore Namit Kapoor acting laboratory. John Abraham made his debut in Bollywood in movie Jism in 2003. That movie was an above average grossing movie.
