Cher didn’t do any movie in last 8 years but now she is starring is Mamma Mia and she looked flawless playing the role of a grandmother. We saw her moving and grooving while she sings in the flick and her appearance on the film premiere on 16th of July took people’s breath away.
She shared few secrets of her life and I think we all should take notes. She stated that the reason behind her flawless beauty and toned body is she don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t do drugs ever and she pays close attention to what she eats, except the fact she loves chocolates and keeps track of her workout routine and never miss one.
Staying busy and focused about your health goals is extremely important. In 2017 Billboard Music Awards, Cher stated that she can do a 5 minute plank. (And to be honest I can only do for 30 seconds). Planks work your core, tone your shoulders, glutes and arms. If you modify the exercise a little then you can work on other muscles as well.
